I love that this only requires one pot, which means less dishes (another win!!) and to keep it even easier I use a microwave pack of rice.

Quick, easy, nourishing. Exactly what you need mama!

A realistic, un-aesthetic look at my kitchen! I h A realistic, un-aesthetic look at my kitchen!

I hesitated to even make this video because it’s not pretty, polished, or even a recipe. But this is what my meals have looked like lately because they need to be quick & easy! I love to follow recipes (or make new ones!) but in this season I don’t have time to do so like I used to!

I had some stew meat sitting in the freezer that I wasn’t sure what to do with, so I tossed it in the Instant Pot with a packet of simmer sauce from @eatsomos and it turned out so good. Then I served it with rice and air-fried broccoli for an easy, balanced dinner.

Nothing fancy. Just a realistic meal that came together with a baby on my hip. 🤍

If you like seeing these simple, real-life dinners, let me know in the comments! I’d love to start sharing more of what we’re actually eating each week.
I have two main criteria for easy dinners as a mom I have two main criteria for easy dinners as a mom:

1. It has to be able to be done with my baby on my hip

2. Or it has to have super quick prep

These air fryer wings are a staple in our house because it takes a few minutes of prep and then you just pop them in the air fryer.

I used a premade seasoning mix and then we dip them in bbq sauce or ranch. SO EASY! Pair it with a quick salad or simple veggie and boom, dinner is done!

You can find the full recipe (plus a homemade seasoning mix if you want to whip one up) on my blog.
