Roasting a whole chicken is super easy and makes the best chicken ever. No more dry boring chicken breast! 👀

I think my favorite part is that this makes multiple meals and it makes it so I don’t have to think about dinner for a couple days 😍 (easy + budget friendly!)

Once most of the meat is gone I’ll take the bones and make bone broth and soup. Should I share how I make that too?

Recipe 👇🏻 🍗

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary + sage
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Mix the olive oil and seasonings together. I eyeballed the seasonings, so these measurements are approximate! You could also use whatever seasoning you’d like. Rub all over the chicken, making sure to get some under the skin too.

Bake at 400°F until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Mine took about 1½ hours, but this will depend on the size of your chicken, so I always recommend using a meat thermometer!

Save this for later and follow along for more healthy recipes for busy moms! 🥰
Here are the flavor bombs I used to make old veggi Here are the flavor bombs I used to make old veggies actually taste good 👇🏻

Cucumber & tomato salad:
- I used Italian seasoning & balsamic vinegar for a pop of flavor

Kale
- sautéed with garlic & lemon juice (SUCH a yummy combo and so nutrient dense!)

Mushrooms
- sautéed in the same pan as the steak to pick up the flavor and then added butter and garlic

Steak
- our favorite seasoning is actually really simple. Just salt, pepper and garlic powder. But it’s def key to not overcook it for the best flavor & texture (use a meat thermometer!!)

It’s definitely not hard to cook like this, but I also think it’s a skill that takes practice! Once you get some practice in, it becomes more second nature ☺️

Meals can be easy, but also packed with flavor!

So many everyday products (think cleaning sprays, So many everyday products (think cleaning sprays, deodorant, toothpaste, and even makeup) are loaded with chemicals that act like hormone disruptors, stress your detox pathways, and put extra pressure on your body.

Over time, this can show up as fatigue, skin breakouts, inflammation, or even cycle irregularities.

BUT switching to safer options doesn’t have to be overwhelming. It can actually feel empowering to know what you’re putting on your skin is helping your health instead of harming it. ✨

One of the easiest swaps is actually makeup + skincare. 💄🧴

It’s something that you use every single day, and this small change can make a huge impact.

Your skin is your largest organ, and what you put on it gets absorbed into your body. That’s why I use and love @crunchicollection ! Their products are toxin-free, high-performing, and feel like a treat every time I use them. 💁🏼‍♀️

I never feel like I’m “missing out” on quality just because I’m choosing a safer option.

Small swaps add up. Even just starting with one product at a time can lower your toxic load and give your body more room to thrive. 💛

Do yourself a favor and next time you’re at Costco buy this frozen salmon from the freezer section!

I love that all you need to do is throw it on a sheet pan from frozen and bake.

Then, while you’re at it you might as well throw on some chopped sweet potatoes and a veggie. (Also from Costco!!)

And just like that, you have a healthy dinner with just 5 minutes of prep!
