You know those days when your body feels like it’s running on:

☕ Coffee first thing (and again mid-afternoon)
🍫 Chocolate or sweets after every meal
🍟 Salty snacks before dinner

Those cravings aren’t just about lacking willpower.

They’re actually your body’s way of asking for help.

When your body is constantly relying on stress and sugar to get through the day, it’s often a sign of deeper imbalances:
— Your minerals might be depleted (especially things like sodium, potassium, magnesium)
— Your blood sugar might be on a roller coaster
— Your nervous system could be stuck in “fight or flight”

That’s why instead of ignoring or fighting the cravings, I look at them as messages.

Messages that your body is low on resources and needs nourishment and support — not just another coffee or snack.

This is where things like mineral-rich meals, balancing blood sugar, and supporting your stress response really matter.

If you’ve felt stuck in that cycle of cravings and energy crashes, it might be a good idea to get your minerals tested. With a simple hair test, we can get to the root instead of just chasing symptoms.

🥦 Tip 1: PLEASE stop boiling or steaming your veggies. They are boring, mushy, and lack flavor. If that’s your jam, that’s fine! But there are much better ways to cook them for better results 

🥕 Tip 2: Don’t forget to season!! Buy a seasoning blend you love, or just simply use seasonings in your cabinet. My favorite combo is garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. 

🫛 Tip 3: Don’t overcook your veggies. They will be mushy and lack texture. Instead cook them to al dente so there’s still some crunch left. 

👩🏼‍🍳 Cooking method 1: Stove top

Add the veggies to a frying pan over medium heat with olive oil or butter. Add your seasoning and then saute until al dente. My fav veggies for this method are green beans, zucchini and broccoli. 

👩🏼‍🍳 Cooking method 2: Oven roasted 

Add your veggies to a sheet pan and coat with avocado oil and seasoning. Be sure not to overcrowd the pan because this will prevent browning. Add them to a 400 degree oven and roast for about 20ish mins or until al dente (it depends on the veggie on how long). My fav veggies for this method are asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, Brussels sprouts, and squash. 

👩🏼‍🍳 Cooking method 3: Air fryer 

Coat your veggies in oil & seasoning and air fry at 400 for about 12ish mins. Air frying will give you crispy edges and cook really quick! Any veggie you like roasted does really well in the air fryer. Just like the broccoli in this video!

We are shouting from the rooftops the goodness of God because we struggled with infertility for almost 4 years. Waiting, hoping, praying…
