Here are the flavor bombs I used to make old veggi Here are the flavor bombs I used to make old veggies actually taste good 👇🏻

Cucumber & tomato salad:
- I used Italian seasoning & balsamic vinegar for a pop of flavor

Kale
- sautéed with garlic & lemon juice (SUCH a yummy combo and so nutrient dense!)

Mushrooms
- sautéed in the same pan as the steak to pick up the flavor and then added butter and garlic

Steak
- our favorite seasoning is actually really simple. Just salt, pepper and garlic powder. But it’s def key to not overcook it for the best flavor & texture (use a meat thermometer!!)

It’s definitely not hard to cook like this, but I also think it’s a skill that takes practice! Once you get some practice in, it becomes more second nature ☺️

Meals can be easy, but also packed with flavor!

As a busy mom, a panty stocked with ingredients that I can easily whip up dinner with is key! And I always have @organicville sauces for that exact reason! 😍

They are organic, made with simple ingredients, have 0g added sugar and seed oil free!!!

Plus now they have a whole new look and you can find them at your local Winco!

Zucchini boat recipe:

Ingredients
- 4-6 zucchini
- Olive or avocado oil
- Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar @organicville marinara or Italian Herb Pasta sauce
Instructions
1. Cut the ends off the zucchini and then cut in half length wise. Hollow out the inside of the zucchini using a spoon
2. Add zucchini to a sheet pan, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
3. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork
4. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
5. Pour in a jar of OrganicVille pasta sauce and simmer until the meat is cooked through
6. Remove the zucchini from the oven and spoon the meat and sauce mixture until the hallowed out space
7. Optional: add cheese on top and add back to the oven until melted

So many everyday products (think cleaning sprays, So many everyday products (think cleaning sprays, deodorant, toothpaste, and even makeup) are loaded with chemicals that act like hormone disruptors, stress your detox pathways, and put extra pressure on your body.

Over time, this can show up as fatigue, skin breakouts, inflammation, or even cycle irregularities.

BUT switching to safer options doesn’t have to be overwhelming. It can actually feel empowering to know what you’re putting on your skin is helping your health instead of harming it. ✨

One of the easiest swaps is actually makeup + skincare. 💄🧴

It’s something that you use every single day, and this small change can make a huge impact.

Your skin is your largest organ, and what you put on it gets absorbed into your body. That’s why I use and love @crunchicollection ! Their products are toxin-free, high-performing, and feel like a treat every time I use them. 💁🏼‍♀️

I never feel like I’m “missing out” on quality just because I’m choosing a safer option.

Small swaps add up. Even just starting with one product at a time can lower your toxic load and give your body more room to thrive. 💛

Comment SWAP and I’ll send a list of my top 3 fav products!

Do yourself a favor and next time you’re at Costco buy this frozen salmon from the freezer section!

I love that all you need to do is throw it on a sheet pan from frozen and bake.

Then, while you’re at it you might as well throw on some chopped sweet potatoes and a veggie. (Also from Costco!!)

And just like that, you have a healthy dinner with just 5 minutes of prep!

I didn’t know the true meaning of “it takes a vill I didn’t know the true meaning of “it takes a village” until I became a mom. But I think it’s so important to remember that if we want a village, we also need to be the villagers.

Taking new parents a meal is a great way to do that!

Here I made shepherds pie, homemade sourdough bread & chocolate chip cookies.

Food is my love language and making meals for people has been one of my favorite ways to love on my village.

Some more meal ideas to make include:
-chicken pot pie
-enchiladas
-soup (zuppa toscana is my go to)
-carnitas tacos
-stuffed bell peppers
-breakfast frittata
-snacks like muffins or granola

And I always like to use disposable containers so they do not need to worry about getting any dishes back to you.

What are other ways you like to show up for your village?
