I quickly learned how important quick meals are li I quickly learned how important quick meals are like this after becoming a mom!

It’s so easy to push your needs aside or just snack on random foods throughout the day without properly nourishing yourself.

I can feel a huge difference in my capacity whether or not I have eaten a healthy, satisfying meal!!

These turkey rolls ups are definitely a favorite. Here’s how I make them:

1️⃣ @sietefoods tortillas- made with ingredients like almond flour or cassava flour
2️⃣ @applegate turkey meat - simple ingredients and humanely raised
3️⃣ @primalkitchenfoods mayo - made with avocado oil. I love the chipotle flavor
4️⃣ @grillospickles pickles - simple ingredients. I love the spicy one.
5️⃣ Tomatoes and microgreens for veggies (or use regular lettuce)
Add everything to the tortilla and wrap it up. It’s the easy!

➡️Be sure to save this reel for easy lunch inspo and follow me @nourishedwithjessica for more healthy recipes!

Made with fresh tomatoes, roasted onion + garlic, and bone broth, it’s the best way to bring out the natural sweetness and cozy flavor we all love in a cozy soup.

It’s creamy, nourishing, and so simple to make. Pair it with a grilled cheese and you’ve got the ultimate comfort meal.

First time my baby had broccoli and it was a success! He wasn’t too sure at first but then gobbled it up!

I just steamed some broccoli and then puréed it with breastmilk. Super easy! I’m starting with purées and then we will move into the baby led weaning method with a big chunk of cooked broccoli.

I’m on a mission to have him eat (and like!) veggies so I’m starting them early and introducing often. Moms, what are your tricks to get your baby or toddler to eat veggies?
