This group is for anyone who is struggling with their habits and relationship with food and is ready to regain control of their health!
What to expect:
-Facebook group for community support
-Exclusive discount codes
-"Homework" & discussion topics to keep you engaged and accountable
-Weekly Zoom calls (Every Saturday at 11 am PST)
*The Zoom calls will have weekly check-ins as well as discussions about mindset and different lessons about eating healthy and Whole30. I understand that you may not be able to make ALL the Zoom meetings but it is expected that you can come to most. I will record the meetings, but the live discussion will help me better coach you! (First Zoom is 4/10/21)
-This will be a small group. My hope with a small group is to have more interaction with each individual and create a community with each other!
Topics we will cover: Mindset, changing your habits, importance of self-care, success strategies, meal prep, meal planning, grocery shopping tips, coaches favorite things, Whole30 approved brands, taming your sugar dragon, reintroduction, food freedom, and so much more!
I believe in a holistic approach to health so not only will we be covering how to eat healthily and the importance of what you put on your plate, but also other ways to achieve wellness including self-care, and lowering your exposure to toxins in things from your cleaning products, to your skincare.
