Easy Candied Pecans
This three-ingredient recipe for candied pecans uses a natural sweetener and is super simple to make.

This recipe for candied pecans is super simple and comes together so quickly. This is the perfect addition to a snack, charcuterie board, salad, or on top of yogurt or oatmeal.
What is coconut sugar?
The sweetener used in this recipe is coconut sugar. It is one of my favorite alternatives to regular white sugar. Coconut sugar can be subbed in any recipe for a 1:1 ratio, so it makes it super simple to swap!
Coconut sugar is also a low-glycemic sweetener, which means that it has a lower effect on blood sugar levels. It is also a natural sweetener and is minimally processed. Coconut sugar is made from the sap of the coconut palm trees and then evaporated to create the crystal form.

How to make candied pecans
I kept this recipe really minimal so that it would be super easy to make. All you need to do is melt the butter in a small skillet, then add in the pecans, coconut sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix it all around to incorporate and then when the sugar is melted and bubbly, you are all done!
